Dawn Marie just takes all the stress away, she thinks of everything, even if you think you already have. Life is busy and weddings are fun and beautiful but they do take a lot of thought and organisation. Dawn Marie quickly became a vital source of reason, information and experience. She just got what we wanted and recommended caterers and suppliers that were everything we had hoped for and more. Everything was easier with Dawn Marie, having one person to navigate your perfect day would be right at the top of my list of things to do (although we really hope we don’t have to do it again)!

Lough House farm was only the second venue we had viewed, and we instantly knew as we arrived that it would be the place we got married. Dawn Marie and Vicki were amazing throughout the process and their laid back approach and Dawn Marie’s enthusiasm and experience really settled us.
Having the opportunity to have the freedom of being able to decorate in our own style and chose our own contributors to the wedding really made the day more special. Everyone who attended our wedding said that the entire day was just “you two all over” and that really meant something to us. We wouldn’t have got that anywhere else.

It is no understatement when we say we could not have asked for a better venue or wedding planner. It was really important to us to have a relaxed day that was unique to us and Dawn Marie and Lough House Farm did everything to make sure this happened. We feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem within the wedding world. Our wedding would have simply not been the same anywhere else. We were able to make the day totally our own and exclusive rather than a one in one out approach. ‘We had looked at lots of wedding venues in Northumberland but for us we wanted something more intimate that we could apply our own personal taste and touches to, Lough House gave us just that. It is a perfect rustic venue with lots of quirky backdrops essential for those country style wedding photographs that we wanted. With a little imagination and organisation it was our dream venue.
